1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available for purchases made directly through Codegraphi Technology’s official channels.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product or service must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom software development services once the project has commenced
• Digital products and software licenses once activated or downloaded.
• Any promotional or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded

3. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at help@codegraphi.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
• Our team will review your request and notify you of the status within 7 business days
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days

4. Partial Refunds

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
• Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
